Standard Industrial Hardware & Cloud Terms
By procuring, installing, or connecting E Switch Pro or utilizing our cloud services and voice integrations (Google Home / Alexa), you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Corporate Identity
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User") and Ultimate AI Technologies Pvt Ltd (CIN: U58200GJ2026PTC178243), located at First Floor, 01 Gajanand Society, Kumbhariya, Ambaji, Gujarat 385110 India.
2. Hardware Operation & Electrical Safety
- Rated Specifications: Smart E Switch Pro hardware units are engineered for specified rated voltages (230V Single Phase / 415V 3-Phase) and current capacities up to 40A per channel as indicated on the technical rating plate. Exceeding rated continuous loads voids product warranty.
- Professional Installation: Installation into heavy plant machinery, industrial motor contactors, or distribution panels must be conducted by certified electrical technicians according to the provided schematic wiring diagram.
- Failsafe Isolation: The internal zero-crossing solid-state and mechanical dual relay mechanisms provide automatic thermal and overload cutoff.
3. Cloud Services, Voice Assistants & Firmware
- Voice Control Platforms: E Switch Pro offers seamless integration with Google Home / Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa. Availability of third-party voice assistant ecosystems is subject to their respective terms and service uptime.
- Firmware Maintenance: Ultimate AI Technologies provides over-the-air (OTA) updates to maintain device security, communication encryption, and feature enhancements.
- Service Availability: We maintain a 99.9% uptime target for our IoT MQTT brokers and API dispatchers.
4. Warranty & Replacement Policy
Every E Switch Pro unit is backed by a 1-Year Comprehensive Replacement Warranty against manufacturing defects and electrical component failure under normal industrial operating conditions.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Banaskantha / Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
