We develop, manufacture, and distribute industrial IoT devices, smart hardware controllers (including E Switch Pro), industrial management software (such as MarmoOS), and companion mobile/cloud control applications.

2. Information We Collect

When you interact with our smart hardware devices, websites, mobile applications, or voice assistant integrations, we may collect the following categories of information:

A. Information Provided Directly by You

• Account Information: Name, business name, phone number, email address, and account credentials when you register for an Ultimate AI / E Switch Pro account.
• Customer Support & Inquiries: Messages, technical logs, machine specifications, or purchase requests you send to us via email, WhatsApp, or contact forms.

B. Smart Device & IoT Telemetry Data

• Device State & Telemetry: Operating status (ON/OFF state), power consumption (kW), voltage (V), current (A), energy usage metrics, and operational duration of connected machinery.
• Hardware Identifiers: E Switch Pro MAC address, device serial number, firmware version, and local network Wi-Fi signal strength (RSSI).
• Device Naming: Custom names you assign to endpoints (e.g., "Water Pump", "Factory Shed Lights", "CNC Spindle").

C. Smart Assistant & Voice Integration Data (Google Home / Alexa)

• Account Linking Identifiers: When you connect E Switch Pro to Google Home or Alexa, secure OAuth 2.0 tokens are exchanged to link your smart home assistant with your E Switch Pro account.
• Voice Commands & Intent Execution: Google Home and Alexa process your voice audio natively on their platforms. We do NOT record, listen to, or store your voice audio files. We only receive structured execution intents (such as "turn ON water pump" or "query status") along with the corresponding target device identifier.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process collected data exclusively for legitimate operational purposes:

• To execute smart remote switching commands and automate factory/home electrical appliances.
• To synchronize device state with the Google Home app, smart speakers, and mobile dashboards in real time.
• To send critical safety alerts (overload trip, phase failure, thermal safety cutoff).
• To deliver over-the-air (OTA) firmware updates, security patches, and diagnostic bug fixes.
• To provide responsive technical support and fulfill warranty claims.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal or industrial telemetry data to any third parties or advertisers.

Data is shared only in the following restricted scenarios:

• Smart Home Ecosystem Partners (Google / Amazon): Necessary device status and control tokens are communicated with Google Home and Amazon Alexa via encrypted APIs exclusively to enable voice and app control requested by you.
• Cloud Infrastructure Providers: Secure enterprise cloud hosting (e.g., AWS IoT, Google Cloud) hosting our encrypted MQTT brokers and databases under strict non-disclosure and security agreements.
• Legal Compliance: When strictly mandated by applicable law, court order, or government authority.

5. Data Security & Storage

We implement industry-grade security measures to safeguard all IoT hardware transmissions and user data:

• End-to-End Encryption: All device-to-cloud and cloud-to-app communications use TLS 1.3 / SSL and secure MQTT with mutual authentication.
• OAuth 2.0 Authorization: Third-party integrations (Google Assistant) utilize industry-standard OAuth 2.0 with short-lived tokens and secure refresh mechanisms.
• Hardware Safeguards: Cryptographic secure elements and encrypted non-volatile memory on E Switch Pro hardware prevent unauthorized tampering.

6. Your Rights & Account Deletion

You maintain complete control over your personal and device information:

• Unlink Voice Assistants: You can disconnect the E Switch Pro integration at any time directly through the Google Home app (under Linked Services > Unlink) or the Alexa app.
• Data Access & Rectification: You may request a copy of your stored telemetry logs or update your account details.
• Account & Device Deletion: You can request full deletion of your user profile, registered devices, and telemetry history by emailing us at connect@uait.in. All associated records will be permanently purged within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

Our smart industrial IoT devices and enterprise services are designed for commercial, industrial, and residential adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 years of age.

We may periodically update this Privacy Policy to reflect advancements in technology, hardware capabilities, or statutory requirements. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
