Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern use of E Switch Pro, a connected smart-switch application and service provided by Ultimate AI Technologies Private Limited, India. By creating an account or using E Switch Pro, you agree to these Terms and the E Switch Pro Privacy Policy.
2. Intended Use
E Switch Pro is designed to configure, monitor, and control compatible E Switch Pro electrical switching hardware. You must use the service only with equipment, wiring, loads, and installations that are lawful, suitable, and installed in accordance with applicable electrical and safety requirements.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your password, recovery key, trusted devices, and other credentials. Do not share credentials with unauthorized persons. Notify UAIT if you reasonably believe your account or connected hardware has been compromised.
4. Homes, Hardware Ownership, and Helpers
Owners control ownership-sensitive functions for their Homes and deployed hardware. Helpers receive only the access explicitly granted to them. Full Helper access does not transfer ownership. You are responsible for granting and revoking Helper access appropriately.
5. Provisioning and Networks
You are responsible for having authority to connect E Switch Pro hardware to the selected Wi-Fi network and for providing correct network credentials. Bluetooth and local network conditions may affect provisioning and connectivity.
6. Cloud and Third-Party Services
E Switch Pro may rely on internet connectivity, cloud infrastructure, MQTT communication, mobile operating-system services, and optional third-party services such as Google Home and Amazon Alexa. Availability and behavior of third-party platforms are controlled by those providers and may change independently of UAIT.
7. Service Availability
We work to provide reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Connectivity, mobile operating systems, internet service providers, routers, third-party services, maintenance, hardware conditions, and events outside our reasonable control can affect operation.
8. Updates
We may update the app, cloud service, device software, security requirements, or supported integrations to improve functionality, compatibility, reliability, or security. Some features may require a supported app, operating-system, firmware, or service version.
9. Prohibited Use
You must not misuse E Switch Pro, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, bypass permissions, reverse or attack protected service components in violation of applicable law, use the service to control equipment you are not authorized to control, or use E Switch Pro for unlawful activity.
10. Account Deletion
You can initiate deletion from E Switch Pro settings or through our account-deletion page. If an account still owns deployed Homes or hardware, ownership must first be safely transferred or resolved so physical hardware is not orphaned. A pending deletion request can then be completed by the user or with verified UAIT support assistance.
11. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the E Switch Pro Privacy Policy.
12. Intellectual Property
E Switch Pro software, branding, designs, documentation, and service components are owned by or licensed to Ultimate AI Technologies Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of UAIT intellectual property to you.
13. Disclaimers and Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, E Switch Pro is provided on an "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. UAIT is not responsible for losses caused by unsafe electrical installation, unsupported equipment, unauthorized modifications, user misuse, third-party outages, or circumstances outside UAIT's reasonable control, subject always to applicable law.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the service, legal requirements, or supported features change. The current version will be published on this page with an updated date.
15. Governing Law, Informal Resolution, and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer or other rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
If a concern or dispute arises regarding E Switch Pro or these Terms, you and UAIT should first make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter through discussion by contacting admin@uait.in. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, then, subject to applicable mandatory law and consumer rights, the dispute may be brought before the courts having competent jurisdiction over Danta, Gujarat, India.
