Delete Your E Switch Pro Account and Data

E Switch Pro users can initiate account deletion from inside the app or from this page.

Option 1: Delete from the App

1. Open E Switch Pro and sign in.
2. Open Settings.
3. Open Privacy & Account Data.
4. Select Account Deletion.
5. Verify your current password and confirm the deletion request.

If your account does not own deployed Homes or hardware, eligible account data can be deleted immediately.

If You Still Own E Switch Pro Hardware

If your account still owns deployed Homes or modules, E Switch Pro records the deletion request as pending ownership resolution. This safety step prevents physical hardware from becoming orphaned or inaccessible.

After ownership has been transferred or otherwise safely resolved, return to the app and complete deletion. If you cannot complete the process yourself, UAIT support can assist after verifying the request and confirming that ownership has been resolved.

Option 2: Initiate Deletion Outside the App

If you cannot access the app, you can initiate an account-deletion request by emailing UAIT from the email address associated with your E Switch Pro account.

What Is Deleted

Subject to ownership resolution and applicable legal obligations, deletion is designed to remove the user's E Switch Pro account and associated authentication/recovery information, Helper access, connected-service authorization data, and other account-specific records that are no longer required.

What May Be Retained

Limited information may be retained only where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or other legitimate requirements. Any retained information is limited to what is required and is not kept merely to continue normal use of a deleted account.

Disputes and Governing Terms

Questions or concerns about an account-deletion request should first be raised with UAIT at admin@uait.in so that both sides can make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, the governing-law and jurisdiction provisions in the E Switch Pro Terms of Service apply. Subject to applicable mandatory law and consumer rights, such a dispute may be brought before the courts having competent jurisdiction over Danta, Gujarat, India.
